This application facilitates a simplified method for family medical residents to submit anonymized, HIPPA-compliant patient encounter information to their parent medical residency. This non-PII information may then be tabulated for record-keeping necessary to meet ACGME documentation standards, as part of the medical residency credentialing and review process.
Please note that the user must be connected to a supported cellular network (Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint) to submit patient encounter information to the family medicine accreditation repository.
